Can you tell us about your role as Senior Vice President and SEM Department Lead at CMI Media Group?
I oversee a group of individuals who manage advertising on behalf of our clients. A big part of that role is managing team development and satisfaction so we can continue to bring the best to our clients every day.
How does celebrating milestones contribute to fostering a positive and motivated team at CMI Media Group?
Celebrating milestones has helped to connect our teams together and to get excited about who they are working with. It embodies CMI Media Group’s core value of “We Are Family” which represents bringing individuals together for the collective benefit of our clients and in the work we do.
What inspired you to use GroupGreeting as a tool for celebrating personal and professional milestones?
We started using GroupGreeting 3 years ago to celebrate and recognize individuals across our team. Since CMI Media Group has flexible work arrangements as well as several offices in the US and globally, we may have staff sitting across multiple locations at any given time. Using GroupGreeting is a really easy way for us to come together as a team to recognize individuals.
How has GroupGreeting helped you manage celebrating milestones across different teams or departments?
Our GroupGreeting account is supporting multiple departments at CMI Media Group and are available to over 250 of our employees. It has helped us with consistency across teams and how we are recognizing our employees.
How has GroupGreeting made a difference in how you celebrate milestones or recognize team achievements?
The virtual cards have made the celebration more impactful for those receiving them. There is a real difference in sending a greeting over messenger versus receiving an email greeting with a fun graphic and personalized messages from your team.
Have you received any feedback from your team about how these cards have impacted them?
We have gotten a lot of positive feedback across our team. We had to renew early to keep up with team demand last year. We really enjoy the feature that allows you to send a follow up thank you note those who signed the greeting.

The ability to give access to multiple people who can create cards themselves. Would love to suggest the ability to add a 2nd owner or admin who can also add people.
